This project included clearing & grubbing, massive excavation, storm drain systems, storm water management facilities, asphalt paving, signage, bridge construction over Piney Branch River, and landscaping. The roadway consists of 2 traffic lanes, medium shoulder with guardrails, outside shoulder, both MSE earth retaining walls & retaining walls, and type 3 jersey walls.
