Overview:
This project included 3 lane construction at Southern Connector Boulevard. Construction of new roadway connecting MD 2/4 and MD 765 with acceleration and deceleration lanes and two lane roundabout.  Also includes excavation, water quality control ponds, removal of existing intersection at MD 2/4 and Coster Rd., storm drain improvements, storm water management facilities, decorative paving, and landscaping.
